A good traditional local pub with a good traditional suspisious grumpy landlady running it. Food served all day 12 = 9pm with a short break at 5 - 6 to allow for a shift change. Well cook tasty food lots of healthy veg and mash or chips on offer.
Do beware though the plates that it comes on are deceptivly large.
A nice place to enjoy a pint at lunch. Relaxing atmospere TV and a low level juke box in the background for company if you are on your own. One large room with the bar in and one small room with a nice wood fireplace surrond. Worth a visit to see what local Bath pubs are like.
