Good stuff: Great location, lovely quiet garden, wonderful and helpful staff

Overall: I really enjoyed this hotel. The public rooms and garden were very inviting. Our guest room was large and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely return (probabaly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bath. The only change I would make is to ask for a room overlooking the garden. We were there on a very hot day and since there is no airconditioning, we had to have the windows open and the street was a little noisy in the AM. I should say though that the hotel provide a very helpful fan without being asked. Again service was great.
