The building is a splendid, converted, grade 1 listed townhouse B&B. It is very central indeed close to all of the main attractions and nightlife Bath has on offer. The price for basic rooms is low considering the location.

This fabulous building has a long history. Originally built in the 1700's, it has a glorious Georgian charm which we have tried to keep alive for you. It is in fact Grade 1 listed, so any changes that have been made have to be done to strict guidelines.

The very central location in the city centre puts you in the vibrant heart of Bath. There is plenty of interest close by so you don't have to walk far to get a great taste of the city. Bath Abbey is within 5 minutes walk of us, just to the West. Around that area you will find a large number of great bars, restaurants and cafes. So a day out is not far and a night out is close by as well. It will be hard to get a better price on rooms nearby.

Some rooms have shared facilities while others have private, please check the rooms description when booking. The are basically furnished to bed and breakfast standard. This makes us a great location for young holiday makers or business travelers that are on a strict budget.
