Situated within a 10 minute walk of the Roman baths and Bath Abbey puts you close to all the attraction the city has to offer. The en-suite room here are spacious, very comfortable with plenty of bedding available and very clean. After all, this is a family run Bed and Breakfast at which your hosts take extreme pride in making your visit one to remember.

Your very welcoming hosts are more than helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area. So they are only to happy to help guide you to great local restaurants and tourist attractions. They make you feel like you are staying with friends. They are well stocked with maps and leaflets about the sights and attractions for you.

Breakfast here is one to savour. The classic English is always available and served with a smile. Other options are also available including for vegetarians. Just ask and the owners will be only to happy to help.

Bad stuff: The free wifi didn't work, but everything else was immaculate.

Good stuff: Great attention to detail, like nice soaps, biscuits, etc. The room was immaculate; fresh and clean.

Bad stuff: Only criticism is the close proximity to a very busy road, where traffic can be heard from 6.00am.

Overall: A very pleasnant stay in a superbly run guest house. However, due to location, and the fact that our room was not en suite I think it was expensive.
