We are located a short distance from the centre of the city and all of its fabulous restaurants pubs bars and attractions. On the south side of the river Avon, you can be assured of good rood access to us. We are just off the A36.

Good stuff: Small, but adequate. Very clean. Many conveniences available -- microwave oven, snacks, convenience to sights of Bath and supermarket. Front desk staff was particularly helpful and pleasant.

Bad stuff: Breakfast. A bit bland. Confused use of area by guests.

Overall: Close to popular sights of Bath. A walk of about 1/2 mile. Stainsbury supermarket nearby. Room clean and quiet. Hair dryer available.

Good stuff: excellent continental breakfast, good parking, hotel atmosphere very comfortable & clean.

Bad stuff: Had a near flood with the shower having only a curtain.

Overall: Very comfortable.
