Our guest house B&B accommodation in Bath is located about five minutes from the centre of the city. We provide car parking at the rear of the building for our guests with every room having a colour TV should you wish to relax and feel at home after your hard day out exploring.

Good stuff: The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the hotelier very friendly and a very nice breakfast.

Bad stuff: As it was a very hot night we had the window open but unfortunately our room was on the front of the house and it was very noisy, cars going by all night.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The hotel is very close to the centre of town which was great and very convenient. The hotelier very kindly let us keep our car at the hotel whilst we went shopping in the morning.

Good stuff: The efficient,friendly and helpful gentleman who provided all the service. The breakfast was promptly served, good and nicely presented.The bed was comfortable and bedlinen fresh and clean.

Bad stuff: The bedcover was grimy,the bathroom not ensuite as expected and the shower attachment,the old-fashioned rubber sort, would not stay on the tap when the water came through. This let very hot water come gushing out onto my feet, which was dangerous.In effect, it was not possible to have a shower.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The location is excellent for reaching the centre but the traffic made it noisy even at night.

Good stuff: very good value for the money i paid, especialy dew to the fact that it was the cheapest offer i found

Bad stuff: i was very happy with the accomadation, it exceeded my expectations

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: As ive said the hotel was realy nice, it gave a good feel for the place, the staff were friendly. and compitent. the hotel was clean and efficient, the breakfast was very nice too. my only point of imoroval is to the website:it took me a lng time to find you fater running through google for a while eventualy you popped up. make youself more available and easy to find,as many other websites that are not as user friendly beat you to it. plus add a map showing the hotle location in regard to the city ,ain attraction area, and detailed photos of the hotel as much as possible.
