The location you are in staying here is best described as quiet, residential and quite affluent. There is a front parking area and double glazing between you and the road if you get the room at the front. If you get a room at the back then there will be a pleasant garden for you to look out on here.
To get to Pulteney Bridge and then Bath Abbey simply follow these directions from our front door. In total this walk should take you about 10 minutes. So to start come out of the front door and turn left onto Henrietta Road. Continue down here. The road bends around to the left and changes into Henrietta Street. Carry on along here to the next crossroads. Turn right onto Argyle Street and you will see the world renown Pulteney Bridge strait ahead of you. It should have taken about 7 minutes to walk this far.
The last small trek gets to right up to the Abbey which is to the South-West as the crow flies. To get to Bath Abbey from Pulteney Bridge. Cross over the river Avon using the bridge in a West-South-Westerly direction. Turn left onto Bridge Street passing by the Art Galley on your left. Follow this large splendid building around to the left and turn left onto High Street. From this point you will see Bath Abbey at the end of the street getting larger and larger as you get closer.
