Our Edwardian building has all the modern facilities you would expect. Service from friendly warm staff at our cosy bed and breakfast. Built around 1900, and we have endeavoured to combine our modern facilities with a bit of classic British olde worlde charm.

We are in a perfect location for your tour of our fabulous cosmopolitan and historic city, Situated in a quiet residential suburb, you also have easy access to public transport, making us easy to get to and from.

Our staff are here to please. We are only to happy to help with any of you queries. We are very willing to share our local knowledge with you.

We have delightfully restored our Edwardian residence. The rooms have comfortable beds with pleasing decor in tune with the building.

Good stuff: en suite. top of building so quite private

Bad stuff: better soundproofing between rooms

Overall: the hotel was very well equipped. we both enjoyed our two nights there and would go again. the staff were very friendly and courteous. good parking facilities. everything we needed to know before we went was available on-line
