This small B and B is well placed near to the city centre. On foot it will take you about 10 minutes (0.5 miles / 0.8 kilometres) to get through the middle of town to the Roman Baths and a little further to the nearby Bath Abbey. Also the world famous Royal Crescent is within easy reach being only about 8 minutes walk North from here (0.4 miles / 0.6 kilometres). Lastly, if you come from or wish to go to the train station, then the 0.8 mile / 1.3 kilometres walk should take you just over 15 minutes to complete.
Rooms here are kept spotlessly clean. They are what you might call somewhat compact. Yet the design makes good use of the space available and of course this keeps the price low for you. Bed linen should be gleaming white and fresh for you. All rooms share one of two bathrooms which are also kept nice and clean for you.
According to many previous guests, "You get a great cooked breakfast just down the road." They also have told us "There is a good healthy selection available at breakfast for those watching what they eat." This is made available to you where you check in down the road at number 22.
